NBA: Boston Celtics' Marcus Smart, Cleveland Cavaliers' JR Smith fined for on-court altercation in pre-season

The NBA issued a $25,000 fine to Marcus Smart of the Boston Celtics and a $15,000 fine to JR Smith of the Cleveland Cavaliers for their roles in a brawl on-court when the two teams faced off against each other.
